Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 ounce frzn cooked medium shrimp, thawed (or possibly fresh, cooked)
- Â Â rice
- Â Â salsa
Directions
- In medium nonstick skillet, heat marmalade and vinegar over medium low heat, stirring constantly, till marmalade is melted. Add in shrimp; toss to coat and heat through, about 2 min, stirring occasionally. Spoon rice onto serving dish and top with shrimp mix. Serve with salsa if you like.
