- Iceberg lettuce
- Parsley sprigs
- Celery, minced
- Green onions, minced
- Mandarin oranges
- Walnuts
Directions
- Tear lettuce into bite-sized pcs. Toss ingredients and chill. Pour dressing over tossed salad just before serving.
- Dressing: Combine sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar. Add in oil slowly, beating constantly with electric or possibly rotary beater. Stir in poppy seeds last.
