Ingredients
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. sifted whole wheat flour
- 3 c. grnd up oatmeal
- 1 1/2 T baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. corn or possibly safflower oil
- 3/4 c. raw honey
- 3 large eggs
- 3 T orange peel
- 16 ounce apple juice or possibly apple cider
- 1 to 2 c. blueberries
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add in wet ingredients. Lastly add in the blueberries. Pour into oiled muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
