Ingredients: 1 c. shredded Cheese, Sharp Cheddar; 1 c. shredded Cheese, Swiss; 1 pkt 8 ounce Cheese, Lite Cream; 2 Tbsp. minced fresh Chives; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 tsp Paprika; 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr; 1/4 c. finely minced Pecans

Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheese, Sharp Cheddar
1 c. shredded Cheese, Swiss
1 pkt 8 ounce Cheese, Lite Cream
2 Tbsp. minced fresh Chives
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
1/4 c. finely minced Pecans

Directions

Place all ingredients, except pecans, in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to speed 4 and beat about 1 minute, or possibly till well blended.
On waxed paper, shape mix into a ball. Roll ball in minced pecans. Wrap in waxed paper. Refifgerate till serving time. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly raw vegetables.
Yeilds 24 -2Tbsp servings.
