Ingredients
- 8 x Cabbage leaves, lg
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Tomato and rice soup
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1Â 1/2 c. Crispix Cereal, crushed
- Â Â Garlic salt, dash
- 1 pkt Lipton Italian Herb with Tomato soup mix
Directions
- Cook leaves in boiling water for 5 min; drain. Combine beef, crushed Crispix onion, Large eggs, soup mix and seasonings. Mix very well. Shape meat mix into 8 rolls; wrap cabbage leaves around securely. Pour 1 can condensed tomato soup into skillet. Add in cabbage rolls. Cover, bring to boil. Simmer 35 min, spooning sauce over rolls occasionally. Mary Taylor
