Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Water, warmed
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 1/3 c. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 c. Multi-grain or possibly 7 grain cereal *
  • 3 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
  2. Select Whole Wheat or possibly Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly light crust color.
  3. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
  4. NOTE: Look for 7-grain cereal in the health food or possibly warm cereal section of your supermarket.
