Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 30 to 35 min till hard around the edge.
