Ingredients

  • 1-2 loaves frzn bread dough (thawed but not risen) or possibly kneaded dough from scratch
  • 1-2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar mixed with sufficient cinnamon to taste/color

Directions

  1. Tear off pcs of bread 1-2 inches in diameter; roll in butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mix. Place in greased angel cake or possibly Bundt pan, layer-style. Pour any extra butter and sugar mix over top. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour (till golden). Invert onto plate when done.
