Directions

  1. Add in boiling water to gelatin and stir till gelatin is dissolved. Add in ginger ale and refrigeratetill slightly congealed. Put walnuts into blender container. Cover and process 2 cycles at chop. Empty container and put apple and celery into blender container. Cover with cool water and process 2 cycles at mix. Pour into colander and drain. Fold nuts, celery and apples into slightly congealed gelatin mix. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 1/2 c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh fruit. 8 servings.
