  1. Soften gelatin in cool water, place over low heat till gelatin is dissolved. Combine cranberry sauce, apple and lemon juice. Add in dissolved gelatin. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and refrigeratetill almost hard. This is the Cranberry Layer.
