Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lemon or possibly lime Jello
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cool water
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. thin cooked ham strips
- 3/4 c. thin Swiss strips
- 1/4 c. sliced red onions
- 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add in cool water and vinegar. Refrigeratetill thickened. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5-c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard, at least 6 hrs. Unmold. Garnish, if you like. 5-6 servings.
