Ingredients

  • 3 c. torn iceberg lettuce
  • 3 c. torn romaine
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 c. desired cool cuts cut into julienne strips
  • 4 ounce. American, Cheddar, or possibly Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 of a small cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 of a small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 of a green pepper, cut into rings
  • 3 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
  • Desired salad dressing

Directions

  1. In a very large mixing bowl combine iceberg lettuce, romaine, tomatoes, meat, cheese, cucumber, onion and green pepper. Toss lightly to mix.
  2. To serve, spoon lettuce mix onto 6 salad plates. Garnish with egg slices. Serve with desired salad dressing. Serves 6.
