- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. molasses
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 Large eggs
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, add in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate1 hour. Drop by tablespoonful on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees. Cold before filling.
