Directions

  1. Place 3 c. cantaloupe and next 3 ingredients in a blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add in remaining 3 c. cantaloupe; process till smooth.
  2. Combine the cantaloupe mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla yogurt in a large bowl, and stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill. Garnish each serving with a plain yogurt swirl and a mint sprig, if you like.
