Crusty and aromatic chicken drumsticks with cheese and mustard sauce.

Directions

  1. Mix together the milk and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Mix the oats with chopped sage ona a plate and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken with the milk mixture and press into the oats to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chiken onto a baking sheet and bake at 200˚C for about 40 minutes or until done.
  5. Meanwhile mix together the fromage frais, Dijon mustard and some chopped sage in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
  7. Easy tip: instead of sage use some other available fresh herb, such as thyme or parsley.
