Ingredients
- FRUITS
- 4 x Pineapple rings, finely Minced
- 1 x Apple, minced
- 1 x Pear, minced
- 1 x Orange, peeled, cut into sm Pcs LIQUIDS
- 1 c. Pineapple juice
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 2 c. Water and the rind of 1, Orange
- 4 Tbsp. Cornstarch Water
- 1/2 pt Heavy cream
Directions
- Combine juices and place in a saucepan; bring liquid to a boil. Add in water to cornstarch till it makes a paste. Stir paste into juices.
- Cook till clear. Cold. Add in minced fruits. Mix in heavy cream, whipped stiff, into fruit mix. Refrigeratebefore serving.
