FRUITS
4 x Pineapple rings, finely Minced
1 x Apple, minced
1 x Pear, minced
1 x Orange, peeled, cut into sm Pcs LIQUIDS
1 c. Pineapple juice
1 c. Orange juice
2 c. Water and the rind of 1, Orange
4 Tbsp. Cornstarch Water
1/2 pt Heavy cream

Directions

Combine juices and place in a saucepan; bring liquid to a boil. Add in water to cornstarch till it makes a paste. Stir paste into juices.
Cook till clear. Cold. Add in minced fruits. Mix in heavy cream, whipped stiff, into fruit mix. Refrigeratebefore serving.
