Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. California blend frzn vegetables
- 1 (8 ounce.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Directions
- Cook vegetables and drain. Layer vegetables and cubed cheese in a casserole. Mix butter and cracker crumbs, then sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
