Mexican Fudge Recipe

Name: Mexican Fudge
Ingredients: 8 ounce Cheddar cheese - grated; 8 ounce Brick or possibly Muenster cheese - grated; 1 med Jalapeno pepper - grated, (remember to wear rubber gloves); 1/2 c. Canned minced green mild chili's; 3 lrg Large eggs - well beaten; 3/4 c. Whipping cream; 1/2 tsp Nutmeg; 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper; 1 pch Salt

Ingredients

8 ounce Cheddar cheese - grated
8 ounce Brick or possibly Muenster cheese - grated
1 med Jalapeno pepper - grated, (remember to wear rubber gloves)
1/2 c. Canned minced green mild chili's
3 lrg Large eggs - well beaten
3/4 c. Whipping cream
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 pch Salt

Directions

Combine these "A" ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Combine these "B" ingredients and pour over cheese mix and blend well.
Pour into buttered nine inch glass pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min, till knife inserted comes out clean.
Let sit for 10 min before serving with taco chips.
