Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Martha White self rising corn meal
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 3 jalapenos, peppers or possibly slice
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 bell pepper
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till golden.
