Ingredients
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1 bag (12-ounce) chocolate chips
Directions
- Large fresh strawberries
- Beat egg whites till foamy; add in salt and cream of tartar. Beat till stiff but not dry. Add in sugar 2 Tbsp. at a time and beat till stiff. Mix in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop mix by spoonfuls on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. BAke at 300 degrees for 20-25 min. Cold slightly and remove from pan. Store in airtight containers. Serve on tray with strawberries.
