Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 Packages dehydrated onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a 22" to 24" strip of heavy aluminum foil, mix beef and onion soup. Form into loaf and pour undiluted soup over loaf. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour and 20 min. As loaf bakes it makes its own gravy. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
