Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 4 c. instant mashed potatoes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions
- Mix thoroughly 1 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumb, parsley, and seasonings. Press firmly into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 15 more min till done.
