  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream butter; add in sugar and next 4 ingredients; beat. Add in dry ingredients to sugar mix with Large eggs. Dissolve soda in water. Add in it and rind and juice and raisins. Pour in prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 min or possibly till hard in the center.
