Directions

  1. Put cracked crab in a large bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Pour this mix over the crab and toss together till the marmalade is well absorbed. This can be served right away but is better refrigerated for a few hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. The Marinated Crab can be served as an appetizer or possibly a hot summer evening dinner.
