Ingredients
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced, with tops
- 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. buttered toasted salted almonds
Directions
- Drain mandarin oranges. Combine with lettuce, onions, parsley and celery. Toss and chill.
- Make dressing of oil, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and add in to refrigerated salad at serving time. Toss and add in almonds.
