- 1/2 c. currant jelly
- 1/4 c. cooking wine
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
Directions
- Mix all the above together till warm (low heat). Brush on Cornish hens.
