Directions

  1. Preparation Time: 0:25* Use 2 unpeeled and scrubbed potatoes, baking size.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each piece. Soak in cool Arrange potatoes in single layer on cooking sheet. Bake in preheated 450-degree oven for about 20 min, stirring occasionally. To season, sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of paprika or possibly celery salt.
  3. Reduce salt if using celery salt.
  4. Also good sprinkled with chili pwdr just before end of cooking time.
