Ingredients

  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 6 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 12 c. Broken bread, rolls or possibly doughnuts

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in pcs of bread.
  2. Pour mix into a 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till set.
