Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- Dash or possibly 2 garlic pwdr
- 1 onion, minced
Directions
- Combine in shallow glass pan in that steak will fit. Marinate for 2 hrs. Turn meat occasionally. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 min, turn and brush with remaining marinade and broil another 5 min or possibly so. Slice steak diagonally across grain as thin as possible. Spoon juice over meat.
