Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 lb Pork shoulder country style
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/4 c.. Place pork in zipper lock bag. Add in remaining marinade; seal and refrigerate2-4 hrs, turning bag over once. Prepare grill for medium direct heat. Spray grid with cooking spray.
- Drain and throw away marinade from pork. Place pork on grid, grill covered 6 min per side. Brush pork with reserved marinade; grill 3 more min per side or possibly till pork reaches and internal temperature of 160 F.
