Ingredients
- 100g flour
- 400g ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with spatula. The mixture is a little sticky and soft, but this is perfectly normal.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Flour hands and take small portions of dough the size of a clementine. Flatten them slightly and place on baking sheet leaving some space in between because they will swell during cooking.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
