Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with spatula. The mixture is a little sticky and soft, but this is perfectly normal.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Flour hands and take small portions of dough the size of a clementine. Flatten them slightly and place on baking sheet leaving some space in between because they will swell during cooking.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
