2 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest
1 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/2 c. Cool heavy cream
1/2 c. Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree till smooth. Pour into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hrs till solid.
Yield: 2 servings
