  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Onion -- french-fried
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 10 ounce Chicken -- cooked
  • 1/4 tsp Salt -- seasoned
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. Biscuit mix

Directions

  1. Combine soup, 3/4 c. lowfat milk, salt, chicken, vegetables (frzn), 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spread into casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 425 for 10 min. Combine biscuit mix, egg and 1/4 c. lowfat milk to create soft dough. Spoon over warm mix. Bake 20-25 min more till dough is brown and risen. Add in therest of cheese and onions. Let cheese heat and serve.
