Ingredients
- 200g lasagna (uncooked)
- 300g ham
- 250g mozzarella
- 250g champignons
- 2 boiled eggs
- 800g tomatoes
- 1 onion
- minced parsley
- salt,pepper,sugar
Directions
- 1.Stew the minced onion and sliced mushrooms in oil.Add minced tomatoes and parsley.Put a little salt,pepper sugar,and boil undera lid.
- 2.Smear the tray,and put lasagna,on that put 1/3 sauce,ham and 1/3 mozzarella shredded,then hang with egg slices.
- 3.Proceed carrying on,like this,till all the ingredients are finish.
- 4.Introduce the tray in the hot oven at 200 C.Let it there,till the crust on lasagna are ready.
