Ingredients
- For dough : 250g flour,100g butter,1 egg,water.
- For stuffing : 400g salted cheese,100 ml sour cream,1 egg,dry dill,dry parsley,black pepper.
Directions
- 1.For dough mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs,and put flour.
- 2.let 15 minutes in the fridge.
- 3.Take out the dough,lay it and cut it in round circles.
- 4.Put them in smeared tart formsand bake a little.
- 5.Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture ,made it from shredded cheese,sour cream,egg,dill,parsley,black pepper.
