Ingredients

  • For dough : 250g flour,100g butter,1 egg,water.
  • For stuffing : 400g salted cheese,100 ml sour cream,1 egg,dry dill,dry parsley,black pepper.

Directions

  1. 1.For dough mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs,and put flour.
  2. 2.let 15 minutes in the fridge.
  3. 3.Take out the dough,lay it and cut it in round circles.
  4. 4.Put them in smeared tart formsand bake a little.
  5. 5.Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture ,made it from shredded cheese,sour cream,egg,dill,parsley,black pepper.
