Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Chicken livers
- 1/2 c. Chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. Chicken fat
- 2 x Hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Cook the livers and onions in the fat for 10 min, mixing frequently. Grind or possibly chop the livers, onions, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Cold before placing in squares of dough.
