Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Kielbasa
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. spinach or possibly broccoli, or possibly whatever vegetable you prefer
- 1 loaf of homemade or possibly frzn bread dough
Directions
- Boil Kielbasa and vegetable till done; drain. Slice Kielbasa. Roll bread dough; place vegetable on dough; add in cheese; add in Kielbasa. Roll bread like a jelly roll and place on slightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min, or possibly till golden. Slice and serve.
