Directions

  1. 1) Cream sugar, 1/2 c. margarine and Large eggs. Add in flour and 3 tbsp cocoa.
  2. Mix in nuts.
  3. 2. Spread on 12x15x2" cookie sheet (ungreased).
  4. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  5. 4. Mix together coconut and sweetened condensed lowfat milk and spread over cake while still warm. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cold and frost.
  6. 5. FROSTING: Mix 3 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp margarine and powdered sugar. Add in lowfat milk till mix is of spreading consistency.
