Ingredients
- 1 whl chicken, boiled
- 1 c. Onions, coarsely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 c. Black olives, pitted, crush
- 1 c. Celery, coarsley minced
- 1/2 c. Stuffed olives, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Sugar Salt/pepper
Directions
- Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute/fry onions, and celery in extra virgin olive oil for a short time. Add in chicken, mix well with all remaining ingredients till heated. Serve cool or possibly warm.
