Directions

  1. Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute/fry onions, and celery in extra virgin olive oil for a short time. Add in chicken, mix well with all remaining ingredients till heated. Serve cool or possibly warm.
