  • 1 x mini round Brie - (15 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. honey mustard
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds or possibly minced pecans toasted
  • 3 x bacon slices - (to 4) cooked, crumbled

Directions

  1. Trim top rind from Brie, cutting to within 1/2 inch from edges. Place Brie on a baking sheet; spread proportionately with mustard, and sprinkle with toasted almonds and bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till Brie is thoroughly heated.
  2. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or possibly assorted crackers.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
  4. Comments: To speed up the process, place Brie on a microwave-safe plate; add in toppings, and microwave at HIGH 1 minute. Let stand 5 min.
