Ingredients
- 2 Cornish hens, split
- 1 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. orange juice, concentrate
- Rind of 1 orange, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hens, wing side up on rack in baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Bake, basting frequently till golden (approximately 45 min). NOTE: This glaze also works well with ham.
