Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine egg, lowfat milk and salt; add in flour. Dough should be stiff. Roll as thin as possible; let stand 20 min. Now it will roll out thinner. Cut into 6 inch strips and spread out to dry for approximately 5 hrs. Cook in boiling water for 20 min then drain most of water and add in the chicken broth and boil another 5 min. Add in chicken soup and 1 c. lowfat milk to hot. Don't let it boil. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
