  • 1/2 c. To 1 c. cream (used as need) Salt and pepper Bread in slices for to make The sandwiches

Directions

  1. Cook the beet in boiling water and when is soft cut in small cubes, also cut the herring fillets in little pcs, mix with cream as needed and add in salt and pepper. Fill the bread, add in more cream if the bread is dry.
