Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. blue cheese (or possibly blue cheese crumbles)
- 2 tbsp fresh chives or possibly scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano)
- 2 tsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (optional)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
- Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for 20-30 min before using.In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese using a hand mixer till soft. Add in lowfat sour cream, blue cheese, and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Cover and chill one hour before serving.
- Serve accompanied by tortilla chips, celery sticks and cucumber strips, lemon and tomato wedges and a small bowl of hot sauce. Sprinkle vegetables with celery or possibly sea salt and pepper.
