Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x (19 ounce.) (can) chunky vegetable soup (ready to serve)
- 1 x (6 ounce.) package instant stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a skillet, cook beef till no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup and set aside. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; spoon half into a 2-qt baking dish. Top with beef mix, cheese, and remaining stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 min or possibly till heated through.
- Yield: 4 servings.
