Ingredients

  • Boiled or possibly baked minced chicken (use the amount which would equal 2 tuna fish size cans)
  • 6 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 2 c. celery, minced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 6 finger size pickles, minced
  • 8 slices cheese, cut fine
  • 1/2 onion, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all together with mayonnaise just to moisten. Just before serving, fold in 1 (7 oz) can of shoe string potatoes. Serves 10 to 12.
