Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. green onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Brown in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over patties. Simmer 10 min.
