Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd skinless turkey breast
- 1 x onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, or possibly 1 tsp. dry
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
Directions
- Preheat the broiler. In a large bowl, lightly combine the turkey, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, mayonnaise, basil, mustard and pepper.
- Shape into four equal burgers. Spray the broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray; broil the burgers five inches from the heat, till well done, four to five min on each side.
