    This looks wonderful Karista. Although I don't care for cilantro, I would imagine that fresh chopped basil would work as well. This looks so refreshing.

      Thanks Nick. I think thinly sliced green onions would also be delish in the slaw. Basil is lovely with shrimp as well. Enjoy!
