Ingredients
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
- 2 tbsp. snipped chives
- 1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. To serve, garnish with additional snipped chives. Serve with fresh vegetable spears or possibly with dip style chips.
